Advisory Board Meeting and Recipe Testing: Friday January 23, 2026

Normally we do a group activity followed by an advisory board meeting, but we’ll be switching the order of these activities for January. Also note that the advisory board meeting will be at Frank B Wise, and the recipe testing will be at Fort Washakie School.

Advisory Group Meeting

Time: 1:00-2:30pm

Location: Frank B. Wise Building, SNAP Ed Kitchen (at the end of the east hallway).

We will take time during the meeting to walk through the recipe sign-up spreadsheet together and fill it out as a group so it’s clearer and makes more sense for everyone. If you cannot join in person, contact restoring.shoshone.food@gmail.com to receive a Zoom link to join the meeting virtually.

Recipe Testing

Time: 3-5pm

Location: Fort Washakie School

For this round of recipe testing, we’ll be focusing on two recipes:
1) Ground buffalo recipe – Jill and Denyse will bring ground buffalo
2) Bone broth recipe – Peyton and Theresa will work on the bone broth
